Provide Business Planning and Financial Analysis including:

• Developing business plans for the agri-food industry - mainly  farmers and food processors  
• Preparing various future (eg "what if') financial scenarios 
• Assisting clients to understand their financial ratios and the implications for their operations
• Assisting clients to access financing (or refinancing) for their business plans from commercial lenders.
• Preparing succession plans for a variety of small-medium sized businesses 
• Collecting and interpreting benchmark production information for farmers (eg. AgriProfit$)
• Preparing written and oral communications for clients, governments or for media in relation to any of the above initiatives
